Project Overview

Depth Signal is a strategic service design intervention addressing the systemic “InternMaxxing” crisis in Singapore. By moving away from a quantitative arms race of internship stacking, to looking at fresh graduate’s quality of character. Through haptic stations in the Instinct Lab and reflective sessions in The Sanctuary, students uncover their professional archetypes. These insights are verified via an Auditor Loop of industry experts, providing a credible, high-fidelity signal for employers. The Depth Signal replaces the psychological pressure of stacking with clarity of depth and fostering authentic workplace alignment and psychological relief for graduates.
